Amendments in SRO 1178(1)/2015 pertaining to levy of 1% additional duty

• Vide SRO 554(I)/2017 dated 01.07.2017 FBR with the approval of Minister in Charge has made amendment in SRO 1178(I)/2015 dated 30.11.2015 (1% Additional Duty). Through this amendment 1% additional duty shall not be leviable on import of Synthetic Staple fibers of polypropylene falling under PCT heading 5506.4000. Simultaneously exemption of additional duty has been withdrawn from Acrylic or modacrylic staple fiber falling under PCT heading 5506.3000.
