Federal Board of Revenue has made following amendments in SRO 210(I)/2009
Federal Board of Revenue has made following amendments in SRO 210(I)/2009 dated 05.03.2009 (Duty Draw Back on export of leather products) through SRO 923(I)/2015 dated 08.09.2015.
(i) Rate of duty draw back on finished leather of goat or sheep or kangaroo skin has been increased from 0.80% to 1.06% of FOB value,
(ii) Rate of duty draw back on finished leather of cow or buffalo or camel hide or skin has been increased from 1.17% to 2.38% of FOB value,
(iii) Rate of duty draw back on finished leather of cow or buffalo or camel hide or skin in finished form for furniture and upholstery leather of thickness 2.5 mm upto 5 mm has been increased from 2.12% to 2.43% of FOB value.
